Job summary

Keeley Construction Group is seeking Traveling Construction Management Interns for the Heavy Industries Group for Summer 2027. You will collaborate with VPs, PMs, and engineers on diverse projects, coordinate subcontractor activities, and help manage schedules while upholding safety and Keeley values.

The position requires pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree and a strong ability to travel. Excellent communication and team collaboration are essential for success in this internship program.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support Vice Presidents, Project Managers, and Project Engineers for multiple construction projects.
• Communicate and monitor Subcontractor field work.
• Communicate with Superintendents and Project Managers on the job.
• Review and update project schedules.
• Attend project meetings.
• Responsible for the completion of any assigned tasks and projects.
• Learn and strictly adhere to the safety culture and policies.
• Support Keeley’s mission, vision, and values.

Minimum Qualifications

• In the process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Intuitive listener with high aptitude for learning.
• Results oriented and organized multi-tasker.
• Problem solver with innovative ideas.
• Self-starter and not afraid to ask questions.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
