Huntington offers internship opportunities for students who are currently enrolled in an academic program and seeking practical, hands‑on experience in their field of study. Internships take place during a defined period of time and are available across all business segments.
Rising juniors (Winter 2028 or Spring 2029 grads) may participate in Huntington's Foundations Program, an 8‑week, regionally focused experience where students partner directly with a manager and team, contribute to meaningful projects, build professional skills, and explore career opportunities across Huntington and the financial services industry. Interns participate in a variety of developmental and professional activities designed to support learning and exposure to the organization.
Within the Technology segment, interns gain exposure to specific functional areas of specialization while also having the opportunity to network within others in different areas of expertise. Students partner directly with professionals to contribute to meaningful projects and initiatives while developing knowledge of the overall business and application of technology products and solutions. Intern opportunities exist in various functional areas, including network engineering, business system analysis, cybersecurity, and more.

Office
Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. We’re combining the best of both worlds: in‑office and work from home. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. Remote roles will also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for moments that matter. Specific work arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.
