Job summary

Realtor.com in Austin, TX is offering a Summer 2027 internship in a hybrid setup (4 days on-site, 1 day remote) designed to give hands-on experience across engineering, data science, product, and UX design. You'll work on real, high-impact projects while mentors guide your growth and help you learn the full lifecycle of building products for millions of users.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a 4-year college, pursuing CS/DS/SE/Analytics or related fields, graduating between Dec 2027 and Jun

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Analytics, UX Design, or a related technical field.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Available to intern full-time for 11 consecutive weeks during Summer 2027.
• Strong foundation in AI, programming, algorithmic problem-solving, and system design principles.
• Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, adaptability, and a strong collaborative mindset.
• Note: Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available for this program.

Responsibilities

• Work on real, high-impact technical projects that contribute to our mission and core marketplace engineering.
• Collaborate across engineering, data science, product, and UX design teams.
• Attend executive speaker series and technical workshops for a deep dive into our tech stack and architecture.
• Engage in networking events and mentorship opportunities with senior engineering leaders.
• Give back through volunteer opportunities with our community partners.
• Gain exposure to our inclusive culture, where innovation and individuality are celebrated.
