Job summary

Ulteig seeks a Talent Management intern to support programs that grow employees and prepare leaders for the future. You'll create communications, assist with performance check-ins and talent reviews, and analyze data to improve talent processes.

Summer availability is full-time; Fall hours may be adjusted around course schedules. The role offers exposure to talent planning, reporting, and the use of AI tools to enhance workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of college coursework completed in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Interest in talent management, employee development, and organizational culture is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating communications for multiple channels preferred.
• Demonstrate openness to innovation by embracing evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create and update guides, FAQs, templates, checklists, and other resources for leaders.
• Support communications, training, and coordination for performance check-ins, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
• Prepare reports, maintain data, and analyze participation, completion rates, feedback, and program outcomes.
• Research talent management practices and identify ideas for improving programs and processes.
• Maintain SharePoint pages and internal resources so employees and leaders can find current information.
• Explore ways to use Microsoft 365, automation, and AI tools to improve workflows and communications.

The Opportunity

Ulteig is seeking a Talent Management intern to join our team for Summer and Fall 2027. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting programs that help employees grow and leaders plan for the future. You’ll create communications and resources, assist with performance check-ins and talent reviews, and use reporting and analysis to help improve our talent management processes.

Summer availability must be full-time. Fall hours may be adjusted around the intern's course schedule if enrolled in a higher education institution.

What You’ll Do

Additional Opportunity Details

Target Base Compensation: $20-$22/hr
