Qualifications

• Current college student or May 2027 graduate pursuing a degree related to the internship area.
• Able to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri for the duration of the 10-week summer program.
• Strong interest in fashion, apparel, or related industries with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to take on real-world projects in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Work on a project that takes a style from raw materials to a finished product for the Weissman brand.
• Partner with Guides and cross-functional teams in Planning, Sourcing, Purchasing, and Logistics, gaining hands-on experience and attending weekly meetings.
• Analyze sales data and forecasts by style, color, and size to support trend identification and inventory planning.
• Assist with cost analysis, prototype reviews, and production schedules to keep products on time and on budget.
• Assist with tracking and updating purchase orders, monitoring shipments throughout transit and updating internal systems with shipment milestones and status information.
• Manage timelines, meet internship deadlines, and present a final project to cross-functional partners.

Over 10 weeks, interns work alongside professionals across our business, contributing to real projects and gaining firsthand exposure to how ideas move from inspiration and concept through design, development, marketing, and ultimately into the hands of our customers. Along the way, interns participate in professional development, networking, and experiences designed to broaden their understanding of both the fashion industry and the business behind it.
