• Create and schedule engaging posts for organic social campaigns
• Support paid campaigns by partnering with the marketing team and outside agency on boosting, targeting, and tracking result
• Assist with influencer partnerships, product coordination, and deliverable tracking
• Research trends, contribute ideas for social and video content, and engage with followers to build community
• Maintain brand voice across platforms while supporting broader marketing efforts like email, SMS, and print

Our Summer Internship Program offers students meaningful, real-world experience inside a leading dance and performance apparel company. Over 10 weeks, interns work alongside professionals across our business, contributing to real projects and gaining firsthand exposure to how ideas move from inspiration and concept through design, development, marketing, and ultimately into the hands of our customers. Along the way, interns participate in professional development, networking, and experiences designed to broaden their understanding of both the fashion industry and the business behind it.
