Job summary

RF-SMART is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst Intern for Summer 2027. This 12-week, full-time internship provides real work, real responsibility, and exposure to leaders across the organization while supporting RF-SMART's data collection software for ERP systems.

You will gain hands-on experience, work on bundle updates, account migrations, and NetSuite training modules, with structured development time and group projects.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship
• Junior or Senior by credit hours
• Available to work 40 hours per week on-site at US East Office in Jacksonville, FL or US West Office in Highlands Ranch, CO
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Duration May 10, 2027 – July 31, 2027 (12 weeks)
• Pay: Starting at $25 per hour
• Location: Highlands Ranch, CO or Jacksonville, FL

Responsibilities

• Assist with RF-SMART bundle updates for customers
• Assist with migrating customer accounts to a new token-based authentication system
• Support internal AI research for customer questions
• Learn RF-SMART & NetSuite functionality through training modules
• Collaborate on a 12-week group innovation project
