Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Risk Advisory Cyber Risk Services Intern to join a fast-growing advisory and assurance firm. This role offers hands-on risk experience, formal training, and mentorship from senior staff while working on real client engagements.

You will develop technical and client-service skills in risk and cybersecurity across industries, with opportunities to advance into a full-time consultant role. Strong academics and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a student during the current school year in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related business or management degree.
• Able to work full time for the duration of the internship.
• Available to travel as needed for client projects.
• A resume and unofficial transcript(s) are required as part of the application process.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have at least one academic term remaining following completion of the internship.
• Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
• Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization desired
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel
• Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
• Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
