What you will do

• Gain hands‑on experience in risk advisory working full time
• Participate in our intern orientation, technical training and development program designed to provide the tools needed to contribute to client engagements
• Experience on‑the‑job training through real work engagements, showcasing how your academic experience translates to the professional environment
• Learn directly from experienced associates, seniors, managers and partners with specialized experience and technical knowledge across numerous industries and services
• Build friendships and strong work relationships while gaining valuable experience
• Demonstrate your performance and ability to join Baker Tilly as a full‑time consultant

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a student during the current school year in Accounting, Finance, Business, Technology, Public Health, or related degree
• Able to work full time for the duration of the internship
• Available to travel as needed for client projects
• A resume and unofficial transcript(s) are required as part of the application process
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer‑sponsored visa sponsorship, now or in the future
• At least 18 years of age
• At least one academic term remaining following completion of the internship
• Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
• Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization desired
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel
• Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
• Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• In California: pay rate range is $27.50 to $109.20
• In Denver, CO: pay rate range is $27.50 to $92.40
• In New York: pay rate range is $30.00 to $105.00
• In New York City: pay rate range is $31.25 to $105.00
• In Chicago, IL: pay rate range is $27.50 to $92.40
• In Tewksbury,MA: pay rate range is $28.75 to $96.60
• In Minneapolis, MN: pay rate range is $26.25 to $88.20
• In Washington DC: pay rate range is $30.00 to $100.80
• The national pay rate range is $25.00 to $84.00
