Job summary

Highmark Health is offering the Summer 2027 Project Management Undergraduate Internship within Delivery Management. This program provides hands-on experience in project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and project execution across a complex healthcare environment.

Interns will work with project managers and cross-functional partners to support projects through the lifecycle, gain insight into organizational transformation, and develop foundational PM skills

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited college or university for a baccalaureate program.
• Pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. independently; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project operations support and assist with maintaining project plans and documentation.
• Track deliverables and milestones, assist with project reporting, and coordinate meetings and action items.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project management best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
