Job summary

Highmark Health offers a Summer 2027 Project Management Undergraduate Internship within the Delivery Management organization. The program provides hands-on training in project planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, and governance, with exposure to Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
Pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders during assignment planning and issue resolution.
Under supervision, provide entry-level professional services to day-to-day objectives.
Participate in projects to develop professional skills and organizational needs.
Assist with planning and implementation of projects and initiatives.
Conduct research and reporting with recommendations for action.
Support studies or enrichment programs aligned with operating unit objectives.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
