Job summary

Cryptic Vector in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Cyber Engineer intern pursuing a Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree. You will work on a variety of technologies, gaining hands-on experience in reverse engineering, vulnerability analysis, software development, and DevSecOps.

Join an engineering team to tackle national security challenges, contribute to secure, mission-critical software, and learn state-of-the-art tools while collaborating across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in CS/CE/Cyber Eng with graduation 2028, 2029 or 2030.
• Strong programming skills in at least one language.
• US Citizenship required.
• 40 hours/week on-site at Cryptic Vector.

Responsibilities

• Work on cutting-edge technologies in software development, reverse engineering, and vulnerability analysis.
• Contribute to software development projects using C, C++, and Python.
• Develop and enhance mission-critical software with a focus on security and automation.
• Participate in DevSecOps practices, including security integration in development workflows.
• Assist in identifying and analyzing security vulnerabilities in software and systems.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers on real-world projects that impact national security.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to improve system performance and security.

Cyber Engineer

We are seeking talented and motivated students pursuing a Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree. As a Cyber Engineer intern you will work on a variety of technologies, and gain hands-on experience in different skills including reverse engineering, vulnerability analysis, software development, mission automation, and DevSecOps. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with an engineering team to solve complex challenges using state-of-the-art innovations and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to software development projects using languages like C, C++, and Python.
• Develop and enhance mission-critical software solutions with a focus on security and automation.
