Job summary

The Enterprise Management Internship in West Hartford, CT is a full-time, paid program designed for university students to build leadership and business skills. It offers a start rate of $19.00 per hour and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a 4-year bachelor’s program with anticipated graduation Aug 2027–Aug 2028.
• Experience in customer service, sales, leadership or collegiate athletics.
• Valid driver’s license with ≤2 moving violations in past 3 years.
• No disqualifying drug or alcohol incidents in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willing to accept pay of $19.00/hour.
• Able to commit to a 40-hour/week schedule; training on May 19 or May 25, 2027; ends Aug 6, 2027.

This is a full time (40 hours/week) paid internship with a starting rate of $19.00/ hour.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers. During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university with an anticipated graduation date between August 2027 and August 2028.
• Must have experience in any of the following areas: customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related incident on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be willing to accept the pay of $19.00/hour
• Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, start in a training class on either May 19, 2027 or May 25, 2027 and participate through the end of the internship on August 6, 2027.
