Job summary

Enterprise is hiring a Management Internship in Vernon, CT. This paid, full-time internship (40 hours per week) offers hands-on management experience, exposure to fleet operations, and opportunities to learn from seasoned professionals.

You’ll engage in projects, build leadership skills, and may earn performance incentives based on results. The program targets rising seniors enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, with a May start in 2027 and an August 2027 end date.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university with anticipated graduation date between August 2027 and August 2028.
• Experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related incidents in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to accept the pay of $19.00/hour.
• Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week and start in a training class on May 19, 2027 or May 25, 2027, ending August 6, 2027.

This is a full time (40 hours/week) paid internship with a starting rate of $19.00/ hour.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
