Enterprise Mobility offers a paid Management Internship for university students, running Summer 2027 from May 24 to August 20, 2027, with a 40-hour workweek and potential performance-based bonuses. Locations across Minnesota include Minneapolis, St. Paul, Duluth, St.

Cloud, Rochester, and more. As a Management Intern, you’ll learn to manage a fleet, serve customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with coworkers.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with anticipated graduation between Aug 2027 and May 2028.
• Experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management.
• Valid driver's license.
• Available to work full-time May 24, 2027 through Aug 20, 2027.
• DUI/DWI in last 3 years disqualifies employment.
• More than 3 moving violations in last 3 years disqualifies employment.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Overview

If you're looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Mobility Management Trainee Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. For a university/college student, the real-world professional experience you'll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd, and will be more than just a line on your resume.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This is a Summer 2027 Internship that will begin on May 24, 2027 and will conclude on August 20, 2027. This is a full-time, temporary position requiring 40 hours per week. The position pays $18.00 per hour and offers performance-based bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at a college/university with an anticipated graduation date between August 2027 and May 2028.
• Must have experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be available to work full-time throughout the duration of the internship, from May 24, 2027 through August 20, 2027.
• Given the nature of our job requirements, a drug or alcohol related conviction on your driving record (DUI/DWI) in the last 3 years will disqualify you from employment.
• Given the nature of our job requirements, more than 3 moving violations (i.e. speeding ticket, failure to stop) on your driving record in the last 3 years will disqualify you from employment.
