Job summary

Enterprise's Management Internship provides university students with real-world business and leadership experience from day one. You'll join a team in Metro Detroit, tackling challenges alongside first and second year professionals, helping you learn, grow and have fun.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Interviews for this internship position will begin in November 2026.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior enrolled full-time for the upcoming semester.
• Must have 3 months of sales, customer service, marketing or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship, from May 17th to August 14th.

Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This internship requires a full-time commitment from May 17th to August 14th, with opportunities available in Metro Detroit.

Interviews for this internship position will begin in November 2026.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
