Job summary

Enterprise Holdings’ Management Internship in Lebanon, PA offers university students real-world leadership experience. You’ll face daily challenges and grow by working alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-based environment.

The paid internship runs 10–12 weeks with a 40-hour workweek, starting in May 2028, at a location in Lebanon, PA. Compensation is $16/hour, with opportunities for performance incentives and referrals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and anticipated graduation by May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Must be able to start in the Summer Intern Orientation Class on May 24.
• Must be able to commit to a 40-hour per week schedule for 10–12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in learning to run a fleet of vehicles and develop marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers through team-based work.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly performance incentives and referrals.

This Summer Internship offers compensation of $16 / hour and will be located at 2596 Cumberland St., Lebanon PA 17042.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

• Must currently be a Junior (rising Senior) graduating with a Bachelors Degree no later than May 2028.
