Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is offering a Management Internship at our Medford, MA branch. This paid program gives university students hands-on experience in running a business, leadership development and teamwork with mentors from day one.

You will spend 10–12 weeks (40 hours/week) tackling real projects, learning fleet management, customer service, marketing strategies and relationship-building with customers and coworkers; starting compensation is $18 per hour and applicants must be eligible to work

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, graduating no later than May 2028.
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for 10-12 weeks during the window of late spring to late summer.
• Must currently have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must have no drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship by the company.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and management skills by handling real internship projects.
• Assist in fleet management, customer service, and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with peers in a team-based environment and participate in mentorship.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

• Must be able to work 40hours/week for full 10-12 weeks (up to 89 days maximum) during the window of the middle of May through the middle/end of August.
• Must currently have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
• Must have no drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
