Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Danvers, MA is seeking a paid Management Internship for university students to gain hands-on leadership experience and run daily business tasks. The internship runs late May/early June 2027 through August 2027 for a minimum of 10 weeks and up to a 89-day period, with pay of $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current college student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, graduating May 2028 (rising Senior).
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for full 10-12 weeks (up to 89 days).
• Must currently have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a fleet of vehicles and serving customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with peers.
• You may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

The Internship is designed to be a temporary position with employment not to exceed 89 days and will start late May/early June 2027 and last through August 2027 with a minimum commitment of 10 weeks.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
