Job summary

Enterprise in Medford, MA is offering a paid Management Internship for Summer 2027. You’ll hit the ground running and gain valuable business and leadership skills while supporting a team in a fast-paced environment at our local branch: 221 Mystic Ave, Medford, MA 02155.

You’ll work 40 hours/week for 10–12 weeks (mid May through mid/late August), with possible performance incentives and referrals. You must be a current college student, authorized to work in the US and at least 18.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program.
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for full 10-12 weeks (up to 89 days).
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• No drug or alcohol conviction within the last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop management and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
• Assist in managing a fleet of vehicles and customer interactions.
• Contribute to marketing strategy development and customer relationship building.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition.

Our Summer 2027 Internship offers a compensation of $18 / hour. This position is located at our local branch:

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelors degree program, graduating no later than May 2028 (rising Senior).
• Must be able to work 40hours/week for full 10-12 weeks (up to 89 days maximum) during the window of the middle of May through the middle/end of August.
• Must currently have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
• Must have no drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
