Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is offering a Management Internship in Lowell, MA. It’s a paid internship designed to develop business and leadership skills for college students.

The program runs late May/early June 2027 through August 2027, with a minimum commitment of 10 weeks and a maximum of 89 days, at $18.00 per hour. Interns will experience diverse responsibilities—from fleet management to marketing strategies—working in a team-based environment with peers, and may be eligible for performance

Qualifications

• Current college student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, graduating by May 2028.
• Available to work 40 hours/week for the 10–12 weeks internship.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and management skills by handling real-world tasks and customer interactions.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives, with opportunities for performance incentives.
• Support fleet management and customer relationship building in a team environment.

The Internship is designed to be a temporary position with employment not to exceed 89 days and will start late May/early June 2027 and last through August 2027 with a minimum commitment of 10 weeks.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelors degree program, graduating no later than May 2028 (rising Senior)
• Must be able to work 40hours/week for full 10-12 weeks (up to 89 days maximum) during the window of the middle of May through the middle/end of August.
• Must currently have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
