Job summary

Enterprise Holdings offers a Management Internship in Lawrence, MA designed to build leadership and business skills for university students. From day one, you’ll learn what it takes to run a successful business and work alongside full-time professionals in a team-based setting.

The paid internship provides $18.00 per hour, a minimum commitment of 10 weeks, and runs from late May/early June 2027 through August 2027 in the Lawrence area.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, graduating no later than May 2028.
• Willing to work 40 hours/week for full 10-12 weeks during the window of mid-May through mid-August 2027.
• Must currently have a valid driver's license with no major violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn leadership and management skills through hands-on assignments in a team-based environment.
• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and support marketing initiatives.
• Complete intern projects and engage in performance incentives and referrals where offered.

The Internship is designed to be a temporary position with employment not to exceed 89 days and will start late May/early June 2027 and last through August 2027 with a minimum commitment of 10 weeks.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
