Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Exeter, NH is offering a paid Management Internship designed to build leadership and business skills for college students. You’ll join a team, learn by doing, and work on real projects related to fleet management, customer service, and marketing.

The program runs late May/early June 2027 through August 2027 with a minimum 10-week commitment and 89-day maximum. Compensation is $16.50 per hour in a local Exeter, NH setting.

Qualifications

• Current college student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, graduating by May 2028.
• Able to work 40 hours/week for 10–12 weeks (up to 89 days max) during the May–Aug window.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a fleet of vehicles and serve customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in team challenges and incentives.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. This internship offers pay at $16.50 / hour and is available in the local Exeter, NH area:

The Internship is designed to be a temporary position with employment not to exceed 89 days and will start late May/early June 2027 and last through August 2027 with a minimum commitment of 10 weeks.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
