Job summary

Enterprise Holdings invites university students to join its Management Internship in Ellsworth, ME, offering real-world leadership experience and exposure to fleet management, customer care, and marketing. The program is paid and designed to run 10–12 weeks, with a maximum 89 days, starting late May/early June 2027 and concluding in August 2027.

Interns participate in projects, compete with peers, and may receive performance incentives. Eligible applicants must be 18+, U.S.

Qualifications

• Current college student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, graduating no later than May 2028.
• Available to work 40 hours per week for full 10–12 weeks during mid-May to mid-August.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, and build relationships.
• Engage in projects and contribute to marketing strategies while learning from peers.

The Internship is designed to be a temporary position with employment not to exceed 89 days and will start late May/early June 2027 and last through August 2027 with a minimum commitment of 10 weeks.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelors degree program, graduating no later than May 2028 (rising Senior)
• Must be able to work 40hours/week for full 10-12 weeks (up to 89 days maximum) during the window of the middle of May through the middle/end of August.
• Must currently have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
