Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is seeking high-potential university students for its Management Internship in the Chattanooga market. You’ll gain hands-on business and leadership experience, with a team-based environment and real responsibilities.

This paid internship runs June 1, 2027 through August 6, 2027, at 40 hours per week, paying $18 per hour, with employee discounts and opportunities for long-term careers after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2028.
• Relevant work experience preferred (sales, customer service, or management) or leadership involvement (clubs, volunteer, athletics).
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

This Management Internship opportunity is located within our Chattanooga market and may support branch locations throughout Chattanooga, Dalton, Hixson, Fort Oglethorpe, Cleveland, and surrounding communities. Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
