Responsibilities

• Assist with transportation management principles and daily operational tasks such as freight planning and asset utilization.
• Support DOT compliance, driver payroll, and safety initiatives.
• Contribute to logistics management/analysis and profit-and-loss awareness.
• Gain exposure to industry trends and company initiatives related to driver retention.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
