Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company in New York, NY seeks a Summer 2027 IT Intern to gain real estate investment industry experience with information technology functions. Under the guidance of department managers, you will complete real-world projects and develop practical job skills.

You will support software/hardware needs, collaborate on requirements, assist with coding and testing, and contribute to IT initiatives during a 10-week summer program June through August.

• Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year degree program and entering junior or senior standing at the start of the internship.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5.
• 10-week commitment (June through August).

• Assist Engineering teams with coding, testing, and/or debugging tasks for ongoing projects.
• Support IT project management initiatives, ensuring tasks are on schedule and deliverables meet business needs.
• Learn and apply tools, frameworks, and systems critical to IT operations.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts and provide creative solutions to IT challenges.

Job Summary

We are seeking a driven individual who wishes to obtain real estate investment industry experience, specifically related to informational technology functions. Under the direction of the different department managers, you will obtain real-world job skills by following personalized training, performing key job responsibilities, and executing meaningful projects within that business discipline.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by Harbor Group Management.
