Ideal candidates are enrolled in a college or trade school, detail-oriented, tech‑savvy, and ready to work in a fast‑paced environment. Opportunities span engineering, project management, and health and safety.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college, trade school, or university in good standing.
• Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with teams.
• Demonstrates discretion when handling confidential information.
• Comfortable with multiple assignments and tech tools.
• Eager to learn in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Gain on-site experience at construction sites, quarries, mines, and production facilities.
• Analyze data, develop process strategies, and contribute to capital projects.
• Take ownership of tasks with tangible impact on the business.

• Create and present a capstone project to executive leadership.
• Learn regulatory compliance and safety standards that shape the industry.
