You will gain on-site experience, analyze data, support capital projects, and prepare a capstone presentation for executive leadership. This program is designed to challenge you, develop practical skills, and launch your career within the CRH family.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in accredited college/university and in good academic standing.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
• DL or CDL preferred and able to pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Gain on-site experience at construction sites, quarries, mines, and production facilities.
• Analyze data, develop process strategies, and contribute to capital projects.
• Take ownership of tasks with tangible impact on our business.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve goals using knowledge and creativity.
• Present a capstone project to executive leadership.
