Job summary

QTS Data Centers is offering a strategic internship to analyse and document business processes for the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform, spanning Finance and Supply Chain. You will work with cross-functional teams, map processes, and support testing, reporting, and data migration efforts at the data center level.

The role requires active enrollment in a related degree, strong Office skills, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

Actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document cross-functional (swim lane) process mapping.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and process flows.
Analyze Oracle Fusion configuration across environments, inventory, and locations.
Support testing activities including functional testing, UAT, and regression testing.
Work with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration.
Assess impact of Oracle Cloud quarterly updates on existing processes.
