Job summary

Stryker is offering an internship in Mahwah, New Jersey. You will support Medical Education programs, analyze data, and learn strategy and budgeting to help plan and execute initiatives.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a related degree, with strong communication and leadership skills, and a willingness to collaborate across teams. Housing support or a living stipend is provided depending on location.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of Medical Education courses, programs and activities.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data from Medical Education programs to support reporting and insights.
• Develop understanding of the Medical Education strategy, priorities, budgeting, and how they support planning.
• Build knowledge of customer profiles and how we engage to support objectives.
• Learn training workstreams and contribute to cross-functional coordination across internal teams.
• Capture and apply customer feedback to improve the Medical Education experience.
• Apply internal branding guidelines to ensure communications and materials align with standards.

Opportunities Available

• Support the coordination and execution of Medical Education courses, programs, and related activities.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data and information from Medical Education programs to support reporting, insights, and continuous improvement.

• Apply awareness of internal branding guidelines to help ensure communications and program materials are consistent, professional, and aligned with company standards.
• Utilize commonly used internal communication tools to collaborate effectively, share updates, and support program execution.

$20 min hourly wage – $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location

What You Need

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
