Stryker Corporation, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern for the Summer of 2027. You will gain hands-on experience, work with leaders, and contribute to meaningful campaigns across Marketing Communications, Operations, and Events.

Ideal candidates are pursuing marketing, business, or related degrees and have strong written communication, digital familiarity, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships.

Opportunities Available

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our team during the Summer of 2027. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience across digital marketing and related commercial marketing functions, where you will work closely with our cross-functional team to develop professional skills and contribute to impactful business initiatives. In addition to supporting digital marketing activities, the internship is designed to provide a broad understanding of communications strategies, processes and tools, with exposure to Marketing Communications, Marketing Operations, Tradeshow & Events, Marketing Technology and other commercial functions that support customer engagement and business growth.

Compensation and Benefits

• $20 min hourly wage - $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location

What You Need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.

Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred).

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships.

Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, etc.) for business purposes.

Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics is a plus.

Work Flexibility

Remote - Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.

Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.

Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.

Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
