Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on‑site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. The Work Itself

As part of our Internship Program, you will have an opportunity to:

• Have hands on experience and project‑based work
• Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort

• Network with your peers, your team, and those Allys you find interesting
• Lead an end of assignment presentation

The Details:

• Internship Program Timing: May 21 – July 31, 2027 (tentative)
• 40 hours each week with a mix of in‑office and remote working days
• Project‑based work
• Market competitive hourly compensation and a sign‑on bonus, as well as financial housing assistance for those who qualify
• Successful interns will have the opportunity to return to Ally in an Early Talent Program or full‑time role, or to a second internship, depending upon graduation timing.

Consumer Banking

Consumer Banking is all about the customer. For the Talent, Development & Engagement team our customer is the employee as we strive to develop and engage those who serve our customers daily. Intern Key Experiences:

• Learn about the Talent, Development & Engagement team and understand how we support business partners across Consumer Banking.
• Assist in building and maintaining program operations infrastructure, including tracking tools, communications, and materials that support a high‑quality employee experience.
• Partner with HR and business line stakeholders to contribute to talent strategy projects, such as program support and engagement initiatives.

Required qualifications.

• Problem solving - strategic, problem‑solving, development‑focused proactive mindset, ability to troubleshoot small issues and elevate when needed, and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Collaboration and adaptability - Comfortable collaborating with individuals across the organization and at various levels, and a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Open to feedback.
• Organizational skills - ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, strong attention to detail, and good follow‑through and reliability.

Base Pay Range

$25.00 - $33.00 An individual’s position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.

Incentive Compensation

This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
