Job summary

Ally Financial offers an 11-week paid internship designed to move students from educated to expert, with exposure to Consumer Banking and Customer Care Transformation. You will work on project-based tasks, participate in mentoring and training sessions, and have opportunities to present outcomes at the end of the internship.

The program runs May 21 – July 31, 2027, with 40 hours/week and a mix of in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available for the full duration of the internship program.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
• A passion for the financial services and technology industry is strongly preferred.

As a summer intern within the Customer Care & Operations Transformation organization at Ally, you will play a key role in one of the bank’s core values: building trust with our customers.Intern Key Experiences:This role will partner across operations, analytics, and support functions to capture insights, supervise key metrics, and contribute to projects that improve service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Support the Customer Care Transformation Office by helping coordinate strategic initiatives, monitor project progress, and drive accountability for execution across multiple workstreams.
