Job summary

Stryker in Fort Wayne, IN offers an Advanced Technical Support Tools internship. You will contribute to projects building Tools and AI solutions to help the Tech Support team troubleshoot faster and deliver operational efficiency.

You will be mentored by leaders, work on meaningful initiatives, and grow skills in Python, SQL, Azure/Cloud, and data processing while collaborating with an innovative team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field and must remain enrolled after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate with others.

As an Advanced Support Tools intern at Stryker, you will be placed on the Stryker Advanced Technical Support Tools team. Where you will contribute to projects to build Tools and AI solutions to help the Tech Support team troubleshoot customer issues faster and deliver operational efficiency

Majors Targeted

Business Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (MIS), Statistics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering

What You Need

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Familiar with Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiar with ETL frameworks and desire to learn how to build
• Familiar with usage of version control and build automation systems like Git
• Familiar with backend frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI
• Familiar with data processing libraries like Numpy, Pandas and Airflow
• Familiar with Cursor, Microsoft CoPilot, Prompt Engineering and vibe-coding tools
• Desire to grow and be challenged technically and deliver exceptional customer outcomes

$20 min hourly wage – $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring locatio
