Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Recruiting Data Intelligence Intern to join our Futureforce AMER Talent Attraction team in San Francisco, CA. You’ll support early talent recruiting efforts, candidate engagement and sourcing initiatives, partnering with recruiters, university relations, and managers to deliver an excellent candidate experience.

You will help track recruiting metrics, craft outreach content, and contribute to process improvements within a global tech leader focused on AI and CRM

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a focus on Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (Winter 2027 or Spring 2028 Grad)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating across teams and stakeholder levels
• Demonstrated attention to detail with a track record of accuracy in data entry or records management
• Basic proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Slack

Responsibilities

• Partner with university relations, programs, and hiring teams to audit existing recruiting workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and support Total Addressable Market (TAM) research to inform workforce planning

Overview

We are seeking a Recruiting Data Intelligence Intern to join our Futureforce AMER Talent Attraction team in San Francisco, CA.
