The eight-week program, beginning in June 2027, offers hands-on experience across departments with project-based assignments, mentorship, and opportunities to develop skills in Employee Benefit Sales, Risk Management, and Property & Casualty operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be actively enrolled in college.
• Rising junior and/or senior in their respective major.
• Interest in exploring a career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project-based assignments across multiple departments.
• Collaborate on collaborative sales projects and competitive presentations.
