Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners invites students to join its eight-week Summer Internship Program in New York, NY. This onsite internship begins in June 2027 and offers hands-on exposure to the business insurance industry through cross-department projects, mentorship, and real client scenarios.

Participants will gain practical skills in employee benefit sales, risk management services, and property & casualty insurance, while developing professional competencies and networking with senior leaders

Qualifications

• Candidates must be actively enrolled in college.
• Rising junior and/or senior in their major.
• Interested in exploring a career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project-based assignments across multiple departments of FRP.
• Engage in collaborative sales projects and competitive presentations with other internship programs.
• Collaborate with mentors and leaders to complete structured training sessions.
