Qualifications

• Currently enrolled college student scheduled to graduate December 2027 or May 2028.
• All majors are encouraged to apply; preferred majors include business-related fields such as insurance, risk management, marketing, finance.
• Experience in customer service and project management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Interns will be embedded within a Lockton account team in Risk Solutions or People Solutions to support day-to-day activities that help deliver exceptional client service and account management.
• Participate in client-focused projects and meetings to gain exposure to brokerage operations.
• Learn how Lockton leverages carrier relationships to provide creative solutions that deliver long-term value for clients.
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other materials used to serve and retain clients.
