Qualifications

• Currently enrolled college student scheduled to graduate Dec 2027 or May 2028
• All majors are encouraged to apply; preferred majors include insurance, risk management, marketing, finance, or any other business-related field
• Experience working in customer service and project management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities that help deliver exceptional client service and account management
• Participate in client-focused projects and meetings to gain exposure to brokerage operations
• Learn how Lockton leverages carrier relationships to provide creative solutions delivering long-term value
• Assist in preparation of proposals, presentations, and other materials to serve and retain clients
