Job summary

Keeley Companies in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Human Resources Intern for its Corporate Human Resources team this Summer 2027. You will support meetings, interviews, and HR communications projects, while learning about talent acquisition and onboarding processes.

This internship offers exposure to HRIS file management, policy inquiries, and data research, with opportunities to collaborate in a fast-paced, diverse environment and to gain hands-on experience across the HR function.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to collaborate in a fast-paced, diverse team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings, interviews, and assist with HR Communications projects, as requested.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition and Corporate HR team with projects as needed.
• Assist with coordinating new hire orientation.
• Assist with responding to team member inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR related questions.
• Assist with HRIS file management.
• Conduct research, compile data, and implement ideas for various assigned projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communication or other closely related degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Communicate effectively bothorally and through writing and work cooperatively in a fast paced, diverse team environment.
