Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a junior or senior finance student for an FP&A-focused role in Minnesota. The position involves supporting recurring FP&A reporting, profitability analysis, and data-driven decision support within the Ice Cream business.

You will work with Finance and cross-functional teams on planning, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or MIS, with strong Excel skills and an interest in data

• Able to analyze sales, volume, cost and margin data.

Responsibilities

• Support financial analysis and recurring FP&A reporting, including tracking results, variances, and summarizing key business drivers.
• Assist with customer/product profitability and pricing analysis, pulling together sales, volume, cost, and margin data to support business decisions.
• Help maintain and improve Excel-based reporting tools and financial models, including data consolidation, validation, and process improvements.
• Provide ad hoc analytical support for the Ice Cream business, partnering with Finance and cross-functional teams on planning, forecasting, and operational questions.
