Job summary

Kemps in Minnesota seeks a junior or senior FP&A analyst to support financial analysis and recurring reporting, track results, variances and key drivers.

You will assist with profitability and pricing analysis using sales, volume, cost, and margin data, maintain Excel-based reporting tools, and collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams on planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Candidate will be a junior or senior in fall 2027 with a degree focus in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or MIS.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial data.

Responsibilities

• Support financial analysis and recurring FP&A reporting, tracking results and variances.
• Assist with profitability and pricing analysis using sales, volume, cost, and margin data.
• Maintain and improve Excel-based reporting tools and models.

• Assist with customer/product profitability and pricing analysis, pulling together sales, volume, cost, and margin data to support business decisions.
• Help maintain and improve Excel-based reporting tools and financial models, including data consolidation, validation, and process improvements.
• Provide ad hoc analytical support for the Ice Cream business, partnering with Finance and cross-functional teams on planning, forecasting, and operational questions.
