Job summary

PACCAR is seeking a Data Analytics Intern for Summer 2027 to support data analysis, reporting, and process automation for Kenworth Truck Company. You will help identify trends, build data visualizations, and automate data processes while gaining hands-on experience with analytics tools.

The internship begins May or June 2027 and offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities, with opportunities to collaborate across manufacturing and business teams in the Seattle area.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Visualization and Analysis.
• Knowledge of R, Snowflake, SQL and Python; familiarity with Java or C++ is an asset.
• Proficient in using SQL code in development of complex queries.
• Experience using PowerBI and Tableau.
• Background in using Low-Code Software for Application development.
• Analytical mind and business acumen.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requisition Summary

Kenworth Truck Company is seeking a Data Analytics Intern to support business and manufacturing teams through data analysis, reporting, and process automation. This role will help identify trends, develop data visualizations, automate data processes, and provide insights that drive business decisions while gaining hands-on experience with analytics and business intelligence tools.

Internships are scheduled to begin May or June 2027
