GOTAFE in Burlington, MA, offers an undergraduate internship focused on rapid learning cycles and new product development. You will work 40 hours per week, from 8am to 5pm, learn to design solutions that meet consumer needs, and drive a design initiative with results presented to leadership.

You will apply project management and design of experiments, collaborating across a global supply chain including electromechanical, plastics, and electronics, in a cross-functional team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled full-time undergrad in Electrical Engineering, CS, CE, ME, or related field.
• 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) availability.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in listening, written and verbal forms.

Aufgaben

• Learn about Rapid Learning Cycles and New Product Development to design consumer-focused solutions.
• Lead a new design or improvement initiative and present results to leadership.
• Use project management, design of experiments, and knowledge management tools to plan projects and capture learnings.
• Gain exposure to a global supply chain including electromechanical, plastics, electronics, and multi-region contract manufacturing.
• Collaborate on innovative projects within a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
