Job summary

Stryker invites motivated interns to join our Data Analytics program in the United States. You will work on projects that transform data into actionable insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leaders to drive business decisions.

Majors in Business Analytics, Data Science, IT, MIS, Statistics or related fields are targeted. You’ll gain mentorship, practical experience, and exposure to senior leaders while contributing to meaningful healthcare initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and must remain enrolled.
• GPA of 3.0 or above (verified at time of hire).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication and able to collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to data analytics projects that transform data into insights for business decisions.
• Support cross-functional teams and stakeholders with dashboards and reports.
• Document processes and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
