Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories is seeking a Brand Assistant Intern for our Farmers Branch, TX location. This 10-week on-site program offers exposure to digital marketing fundamentals within a retail context, including graphic design, copywriting, and multimedia production.

Interns will collaborate across teams, participate in a mentor-guided project, and present results to senior leaders in the final week. Working hours are Monday–Thursday 9:00–5:00 and Friday 9:00–1:00, with daily lunch breaks.

Qualifications

• Marketing, Business, or Communication majors a plus
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
• Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday
• Able to commit to the full duration of the internship program (10 weeks)
• Thrives in collaborative settings and understands the value of cross-functional alignment
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
• Looking to gain hands-on experience

Schedule: In-Office, Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM / 30-minute lunch every day

Project

Interns will be assigned a group project and a mentor to help provide coaching & support throughout the project. The project will be presented in the final week to various leaders within the organization. The goal is to research and present a solution or recommendation based on white space within the company. This will give interns an opportunity to work with cross-functional departments and individuals across our multiple locations to put together a solution to create a positive change.
