What you'll do...

Internship Overview

As a Merchandising Intern, you will lead a 10-week project to solve a real business problem within merchandising. Using data, financial metrics, and member insights, you will develop and execute your solution and present your insights to leadership, demonstrating how your work drives value for Sam's Club members. You will gain direct exposure to the roles of merchants, planners, and replenishment teams, and learn about the membership model and Sam's Club strategy. The program includes speaker sessions led by C‑suite executives from across Walmart Inc., networking and social events, and mentorship opportunities.
