Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH company, offers a paid internship providing on-site experience at construction sites, quarries, mines, and production facilities across AR, OK, and MO. You will analyze data, develop process strategies, and own tasks with tangible business impact, collaborating with teams on capital projects.

You will gain knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety standards, scheduling, project profitability, and billing while supporting a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Hold a valid driver’s license (DL/CDL), with possible endorsements.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
• Strict adherence to all safety protocols, including use of PPE (such as face shield and safety shoes).
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle physical activity as outlined.

Responsibilities

• Gain on-site experience at construction sites, quarries, mines, and production facilities.
• Analyze data, develop process strategies, and contribute to capital projects.
• Take ownership of tasks that have a tangible impact on our business.
