Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, offers a Summer 2027 internship in Fayetteville, AR for motivated students. You’ll work on real projects, gain on-site experience, and contribute to capital initiatives under expert guidance.

You'll explore mining, construction management, project management, and health, safety, and environmental areas, while learning compliance, scheduling, and procurement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Hold a valid driver's license with possible endorsements.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Gain on-site experience at construction sites, quarries, mines, and production facilities.
• Analyze data, develop process strategies, and contribute to capital projects.
• Take ownership of tasks with tangible business impact.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve shared goals using knowledge and creativity.
• Create and present a capstone project to executives, showcasing achievements.
• Learn regulatory compliance and safety standards shaping the industry.
• Develop skills in scheduling, project profitability, accounts receivable, and billing.
• Support a strong safety culture in all work activities.
